JOHN MEEKISON, CPA, NACD.DC, P.LOG
John Meekison, Founder and President of Sabre Solutions, LLC, delivers CFO services and strategic financial leadership to early-stage and mid-market companies in the technology, clean energy, and life sciences sectors. With over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, capital markets, operations, and governance, John brings deep expertise in helping companies navigate complex growth challenges, scale effectively, and deliver on board and investor KPIs. He excels at building high-functioning finance teams, aligning operations with investor expectations, and driving international expansion.
In his most recent role as CFO of Exro Technologies (TSX), John led the company’s transformation from a 10-person startup into a 200+ employee multinational, raising more than $100 million in capital and positioning the company from research and development into product revenue. He spearheaded the company’s uplisting to the TSX, implemented two ERP systems, and optimized operational cost structures to improve margins and scalability. Earlier in his career, John spent 15 years in investment banking, where he structured and executed numerous finance and M&A transactions across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, John works with clients across North America on investment readiness, governance planning, fundraising strategy, financial infrastructure, and business execution. His portfolio includes growth-stage companies in the technology and life sciences sector with an emphasis on energy storage.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and certified board director (NACD.DC), John currently serves on the board of Agriforce Growing Systems (NASDAQ: AGRI) as Chair of the Compensation Committee. He is also an active angel investor, a member of the Operators Guild, and was named Arizona CFO of the Year — Financial Executives Institute, 2023.

Tim Mahoney
Congressman Mahoney is the founder of Caribou LLC, a strategic advisory firm that consults with CEOs and their Boards on managing systemic risk and maximizing shareholder value through the identification and capture of strategic opportunities.
In addition to his responsibilities at Caribou, Tim is the founder of Cannae Policy Group, a Washington D.C. based public policy company, where he serves as a chief political strategist advising companies, associations, and governments on complex public policy issues.
Tim represented Florida’s 16th Congressional District in the House of Representatives. During his tenure, the pro-business Democrat won awards for being “The Man in The Middle” and the “Most Effective New Member of Congress.”
His work on the Financial Services and Agriculture Committees resulted in the passage of landmark legislation in renewable energy, low-income senior housing, catastrophic insurance, and tort reform. Tim’s ties to Alberta, Canada, led to his leading the first Congressional Delegation visit to Canada’s Oil Sands. Tim considers his most significant accomplishment the passage of legislation that saved funding for free public transportation for the elderly and Americans with disabilities.
Congressman Mahoney is a co-founder of vFinance, Inc., which subsequently acquired National Holdings Corporation. National has grown to become one of America’s leading middle-market brokerage firms, managing more than $5 billion of client assets with over 50 offices worldwide.
Before his foray on Wall Street, Tim spent 15 years in the personal computer business. He is recognized as an industry pioneer and regarded as an expert in the commercialization of technology, its production, and mass distribution.
Tim is married to Wai Wai and is the proud father of three. His son JJ, is a Mechanical Engineering student at University of Central Florida, and daughter Vivian is a junior in high school. His daughter Bailey, a scholarship equestrian athlete at Oklahoma State University, went on to earn a law degree from the University of Denver and now practices law.
Congressman Mahoney is the recipient of numerous environmental and pro-business awards, most notably from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Realtors. Tim is also the proud recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for his work with Canadian Companies and advocacy for Canadian energy.
Tim holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science and Business from West Virginia University and an M.B.A from George Washington University.

Michael Moore
Michael is a seasoned Investor Relations & Corporate Communications executive with over 25 years of experience establishing and building strategic communication programs for both established and newly public companies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and elevating companies’ profile with the investment community. He has assisted in raising more than $1 billion in capital and worked closely with senior management and public company boards to drive strategic business and financial decisions.
Michael is currently Vice President, Investor Relations Officer & Head of Corporate Communications at Equillium, Inc., where he created and executed the first investor relations and corporate communications program for a leading biotech company developing novel therapeutics to treat severe autoimmune and inflammatory disorders with high unmet medical need. He was previously Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Oncolytics Biotech, where he established and led the first investor relations and corporate communications program for a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering oncolytic virus therapies focused on breast and pancreatic cancer. Prior to that Michael spent over 16 years heading the US Life Sciences Division of a leading investor relations agency where he worked on everything form of communication from academic spin out, to numerous IPOs, to large pharma branding and product launch.
He served on the San Diego Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute and volunteers his time coaching youth sports. Michael received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University.
